For Template and Calligraphy

For calligraphy, you can only see the preview. You CANNOT edit the text since it is a pro forma design. Please indicate the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, or INITIALS (if applicable) at checkout. Should not exceed 10 Characters per name, space included.

For templates, we made pre-designed combinations of icons and texts for your convenience. However, the icon and text is PRICED SEPARATELY. Texts are priced at a standard rate of 250php. The template price only corresponds with the icon or design chosen. In effect, a standard rate of 250php is added if you opt to add a text in your design.

I added the wrong item in my cart

If you haven’t checked out yet, you may view the cart by clicking on the icon at the top right, and all your items will appear on the page. You can then just remove any item by clicking on the X.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

If you plan to purchase multiple items of varying quantities, you may send us an email with your product selections and any other information so that we may reply with a quote.

 

The item I want is out of stock. How can I get notified when it is restocked?

We are usually unable to determine the schedule of availability of our products. However, if you plan to buy in bulk, you may send us a message and we can check how soon we may restock for you.

 

I wanted to have my bottle personalized but I was unable to add the engraving option.

Please note that all sales are final once paid for. The option to personalize your bottle is found right above the Add to Cart button and clicking it will show you all the options for engraving styles that you may select from. Since our shopping cart system is automated, we are not able to override it to input any additional payments for engraving.

How secure is my payment data?

All your customer information, especially your payment data, is encrypted once it passes our server for processing. We also do not keep your payment details on file. The payment processing itself is handled by our payment gateways and are kept secure by the usual protocols required of ecommerce sites.

 

I don’t have a credit card. What other payment methods do you accept?

We offer other ways for you to pay offline. Please check our Dragonpay payment method. We will also be coming up with even more convenient payment channels soon.

 

I tried to pay via credit card but my card was rejected.

You may try to call your card’s issuing provider to check on your card’s validity and if any charges were inadvertently made. We have no control over this process.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for all purchases nationwide.

 

How many days will delivery take?

We usually pack and ship your items within 2 days of payment confirmation.

For Metro Manila orders, you will receive your purchases within 2-3 days.

For locations outside Metro Manila, expect a lead time of 5-7 days, as we have no control over the process once we send the items to LBC, our shipping partner.

Please note that it will be the customer’s responsibility to track their packages with LBC. We send out your order details along with tracking code when applicable. You may reach out directly to LBC in case you encounter any problems with your delivery.

I need my items immediately. May I have my orders picked up?

Sorry we don’t allow pick up of items.

What is your rewards program?

We offer rewards to our customers in the form of the Shark Coins, which are computed against the value of your purchase. You may use these Shark Coins for any future purchases. In effect, these coins allow you to purchase your bottles at a discount.

How do I get coins?

Shark Coins are automatically added to your account every time you purchase from us. You may check your earned coins in your Account Dashboard.

Do you give away coupons?

Yes we do give coupons. Check your email for announcements as we will notify all our subscribers regarding any promotions we will have.
