Do I need to create an account?

Yes. It will help you keep track of your purchases and get timely support from us.

Should I create an account before adding items to the cart?

It’s not necessary to create your account before shopping with us. You may do so at any time prior to checking out your items.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You would need to reset your password to login. Just go to the login page and click on Forgot Password to initiate the resetting of your password. Check your email soon after for the validation link.

I added the wrong item in my cart

If you haven’t checked out yet, you may view the cart by clicking on the icon at the top right, and all your items will appear on the page. You can then just remove any item by clicking on the X.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchase?

If you plan to purchase multiple items of varying quantities, you may browse our shop and click the Add to Quote link on the products’ pages (below the Add to Cart button). This will create your shopping list which you may send to us for a quote.

The product I want is still out of stock. Will you send me a notification when it becomes available?

We are usually unable to determine the schedule of availability of our products. However, if you plan to buy in bulk, you may send us a message and we can check how soon we may restock for you.

How secure is my payment data?

All your customer information, especially your payment data, is encrypted once it passes our server for processing. We also do not keep your payment details on file. All our sensitive information is kept secure by the usual protocols required of ecommerce sites.

I don't have a credit card.

We offer other ways for you to pay offline. Please check our Dragonpay payment method.

My card was rejected when I tried to make a payment

You may try to call your card’s issuing provider to check on your card’s validity and if any charges were inadvertently made. We have no control over this process.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free for all purchases nationwide.

How many days will delivery take?

We usually pack and ship your items within 2 days of payment confirmation.

For Metro Manila orders, you will receive your purchases within 2-3 days.

For locations outside Metro Manila, expect a lead time of 5-7 days, as we have no control of the process once we send items to LBC, our shipping partner.

Please note that during ECQ, your purchases need to be picked up at an LBC outlet nearest your address. This is LBC’s procedure at the moment. Please contact LBC for further information.
