If you haven’t checked out yet, you may view the cart by clicking on the icon at the top right, and all your items will appear on the page. You can then just remove any item by clicking on the X.
If you’ve already checked out, please send us a message via our Contact Us page so we may assist you further.
If you plan to purchase multiple items of varying quantities, you may send us an email with your product selections and any other information so that we may reply with a quote.
We are usually unable to determine the schedule of availability of our products. However, if you plan to buy in bulk, you may send us a message and we can check how soon we may restock for you.
Please note that all sales are final once paid for. The option to personalize your bottle is found right above the Add to Cart button and clicking it will show you all the options for engraving styles that you may select from. Since our shopping cart system is automated, we are not able to override it to input any additional payments for engraving.
All your customer information, especially your payment data, is encrypted once it passes our server for processing. We also do not keep your payment details on file. The payment processing itself is handled by our payment gateways and are kept secure by the usual protocols required of ecommerce sites.
We offer other ways for you to pay offline. Please check our Dragonpay payment method. We will also be coming up with even more convenient payment channels soon.
You may try to call your card’s issuing provider to check on your card’s validity and if any charges were inadvertently made. We have no control over this process.
Yes, shipping is free for all purchases nationwide.
We usually pack and ship your items within 2 days of payment confirmation.
For Metro Manila orders, you will receive your purchases within 2-3 days.
For locations outside Metro Manila, expect a lead time of 5-7 days, as we have no control over the process once we send the items to LBC, our shipping partner.
Please note that it will be the customer’s responsibility to track their packages with LBC. We send out your order details along with tracking code when applicable. You may reach out directly to LBC in case you encounter any problems with your delivery.
Sorry we don’t allow pick up of items.
Yes we do give coupons. Check your email for announcements as we will notify all our subscribers regarding any promotions we will have.
